Conditions de Réservations

Les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 14:00 le jour de l’arrivée et doivent être libérées pour 11:00 le jour du départ. Pour toute arrivée après 18:00, nous demandons de nous prévenir sur la route par téléphone.

Toute réservation est considérée comme définitive lorsqu’elle est garantie par un versement d’arrhes, par chèque ou par virement de 30% du montant total du séjour.

La garantie peut être donnée par la communication de numéros de carte bancaire, avec date de validité et cryptogramme. La carte de crédit n’est pas débitée au moment de la réservation. Le règlement s’effectue intégralement sur place par le client auprès de l’hôtelier.

Conditions d'Annulation

Pour les réservations des mois de décembre , les conditions d’annulation sont celles précisées dans les confirmations envoyées par mail.

Pour toute modification ou annulation de la réservation :

  • En cas d’annulation jusqu’à 7 jours avant la date d’arrivée, aucun frais ne sera facturé.
  • En cas d’annulation entre le 7e et 4e jour avant la date d’arrivée, 50% du montant total est facturé.
  • En cas d’annulation entre le 3e et le jour d’arrivée, 100% du séjour sera facturé
  • En cas de non présentation, le montant total sera débité de la carte.

Booking Conditions

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. For any arrival after 6:00 PM, we ask to warn us on the road by phone.

Any reservation is considered final when it is guaranteed by a deposit, by check or by transfer of 30% of the total amount of the stay.

The guarantee can be given by the communication of credit card numbers, with validity date and cryptogram. The credit card is not charged at the time of booking. Payment is made entirely on site by the customer to the hotelier.

Cancellation Conditions

For reservations in December, the cancellation conditions are those specified in the confirmations sent by email.

For any modification or cancellation of the reservation :

  • In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation between the 7th and 4th day before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount is charged.
  • In case of cancellation between the 3rd and the day of arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged
  • In the event of no show, the full amount will be debited from the card.

Special features regarding the rental

Apartments are rented from 3 nights in residence / no daily hotel service, beds are made on arrival according to the number of people booked, cleaning at the end of stay possible, on request on arrival, with supplement.

Specification

  • Arrival between 14:00 and 19:00 unless prior information.
  • Departure 11:00 at the latest.
  • Place of reception of the keys : hotel les Remparts at 50 meters.
  • The booked period requires payment upon arrival and there are no refunds for early departures.
  • Inventory at the handover of keys signed on arrival and departure.
  • Possible arrival any day of the week for a duration exceeding 3 nights.

We rented apartments together to communicate with large families.

  • 1st floor KATHEL and ROBES then SCHANNLA and SEPPIS (2/6 people)
  • 2nd floor: USCHENN AND LISBETH (2 to 7 people) and FINNLA AND FRANTZ (2 to 6 people), in this case : Prices add up and may result in an additional reduction of 10%
  • Apartment with balcony (40 m² SOUTH) SEPPI and DRESSES

cancellation conditions

  • Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel does not charge a fee, the deposit is returned.
  • Between the 30th day and the 15th day before the arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be requested.
  • Between the 15th day and 48:00 before the arrival date, 80% of the total stay will be requested.
  • Between 48:00 and the day of arrival, 100% of the total stay will be requested.
